Warm up:

  • 12 – (Each Side) Alternating Bench Step Ups
  • 12 – Jumping Jax
  • 12 – Incline Pushups

Do this 3 x in a row ⬆️

⚠️If you have a kettlebells or dumbbells, go & grab’em!

Part 1

  • 12 – (Each Side) Weighted Walking Lunges
  • 12 – Squat With Shoulder Press
  • 1 Minute – Squat Hold

Do this 3x in a row⬆️

Part 2

  • 12 -Weighted Stiff Leg Deadlift
  • 12 – (Each Side) Jumping Lunges
  • 12 – Squat With Up-right Row
  • 12 – (Each Side) Mountain Climbers

Do this 3x in a row⬆️

Part 3

  • 12 – (Each Side) Russian Twists
  • 12 – In & outs
  • 12 – Crunch With Leg Raise

Do this 3x in a row⬆️
